What is dye sublimation?
Dye sublimation has been a game-changer in the world of graphic printing, transforming how we create vivid, high-quality designs on materials like fabric, ceramics, and even metal. Whether you’re designing graphics panels for donor recognition walls, retail environments, this innovative technology offers unparalleled precision and vibrancy.
Dye sublimation is a digital printing process that uses heat and pressure to transfer dye directly into the surface, or “substrate,” of the material. Unlike traditional printing methods that layer ink on top of the material, dye sublimation creates a permanent bond that enhances both durability and visual appeal.

E3 Achievement programs offer students hands on experience with the production of dye sublimation items from a work/career perspective while emphasizing employment and life skills. Students participate in most all aspects of production, from design to production to final packaging.
Examples of some of the many items students produce can be seen on the Gallery page.
